Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT (IVA) at 6%.

For UK visitors wishing to pay in sterling, the exchange rate for the deposit will be confirmed when booking and one week before the due date, for the balance.

Casas Aguia & Coruja

Each villa may be rented separately as a fully self-contained unit, providing 2 ensuite bedrooms plus spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. In this case the swimming pool is shared.

Alternatively, the property can be opened up to provide an extremely spacious 3/4 bedroomed country villa with private pool.

If private use of the swimming pool is required then the minimum price payable will be the 3 bedroom rate, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

To avoid overcrowding, the maximum occupancy of each villa (when rented seperately) is 6 guests. This includes any extra children who may be sharing their parents’ bedroom or using the sofa bed in Casa Coruja.

An extra small child’s bed (suitable for a child up to the age of 8 yrs old) or a cot, may be added to each bedroom free of charge. For children over 8 yrs old, there is an extra 5% supplementary charge (based on 2 bedroom rates)

A highchair is also included for babies.

The sofa bed in Casa Coruja is suitable for up to 2 older children and carries a 5% supplement per child, based on the 2 bedroom rate.

Minimum Stays: July & August - 1 week. All other times - 3 nights.

Winter Working Holidays

Winter Working Holidays are available between November and Easter.

We provide free accommodation plus lunch and supper on working days, in exchange for 20 hours per week, of your time. Full details are given on our Winter Working Holidays page.

Homeseekers
