To Make a Reservation

Nesting storks at sunset.

Please check our reservations calendar for availability of your chosen accommodation and preferred dates. You can also contact us to check the availability of our holiday villas. We will reply to all enquiries within two working days.

Once availability has been established, you will need to fill out one of our Booking Forms in order to make a firm booking. You should complete the Booking Form and return it along with either a 30% non-refundable deposit, or the full payment if booking within 6 weeks.

Upon receipt of your payment we will send you an Email followed by a written confirmation in the post. Your final balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Again, payment will be confirmed by Email and post. You will also be sent details of your hire car pick up, if booked through us, and directions to Vale da Cegonha.

Methods of Payment

Prices are quoted in Euros, but you can pay in Sterling if you so wish. For Sterling payments you will be advised at the time of booking of the exchange rate that will apply to all payments.

We accept Euro or Sterling Direct Bank Transfers as well as Credit or Debit Card payments.

If paying by Direct Bank Transfer, please request the relevant banking details before returning your booking form.

Please send us an email advising when your payment and booking form have been sent. Your booking will then be held provisionally until both arrive safely.

Upon receipt, we will send you a further email, confirming your booking.

A booking cannot be confirmed until both your payment and booking form are received.
