If you already own a plot of land, we can assist you through the necessary processes involved in gaining full planning permission.

Once your plans are passed and you have chosen your builder, you need to ensure that the build proceeds according to plan. Through our project monitoring and liaison service you can be assured that someone is on hand who will make regular visits to the site, if you are unable to be here at all times.

When you do wish to visit we can offer you preferential accommodation prices through our frequent visitor discount scheme.

Finally, if you wish to move any personal items out to Portugal prior to your house being completed, or if you wish to have items delivered to a secure address, we have a large storage container in which space may be hired.
